Admission Process :
1.The academic year at Gyan Jyoti Awasiya Vidyalaya runs from April to March. Admission to any class is governed by the rule that the student must have attained the age of 3+ before he/she enters class nursery in April.
2. Application forms are generally available from mid-December onwards.
3. Entrance test is conducted from std _____to std _____.
4. Parents are encouraged to see the result of their ward/wards personally. A period of one week is given to the parents after declaration of the result to complete the admission formalities.
5. No admission is taken in 10th and 12th class.
Admission Policy :
1. Admission and assignment to a particular section of a class are reserved entirely to the school authorities. Admissions are done on the basis of entrance examination. The merit of the student is the sole criterion of selection.
2. The application for admission /registration form shall be accompanied by any authentic document containing the child’s date of birth. We accept the date of birth certificate only from corporation.
3. The principal reserves to himself the right to refuse admission to any student without furnishing any reason. The parents has to make a declaration that the statement of date of birth of his ward/wards is correct, that he fully understands that the school authorities will not entertain any application with a change in this statement under any circumastances. Date of birth and name once registered will not be altered.
